Katharina M.

Katharina M. started their work experience in 2009 as an apprentice at NÜRNBERGER Versicherung. Katharina worked there until 2011. From 2012 to 2016, they were a Working Student at the Institute for Employment Research. In 2016, they became a Communications Specialist at Rödl & Partner, holding the position until 2017. Katharina then joined NÜRNBERGER Versicherung again in 2018, initially as a Specialist for Strategic Coordination in Health Insurance and later as a Consultant for Market Management in Health Insurance until 2020. From 2021 to 2021, they worked as a Strategy and Control Consultant at Versicherungskammer Bayern. Following that, they became a Business Development Manager for Digital & Start-ups at R+V Versicherung from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Strategy Manager at TeamBank AG, starting in October 2022.

Katharina M.'s education history begins in 2011 when they enrolled at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg. Katharina completed their Master of Arts degree in Medienwissenschaften, BWL in 2016. In 2023, they attended the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management for the General Management Program.

Additionally, Katharina obtained certifications during their career. In 2018, they became a certified project manager from the Deutsche Versicherungsakademie (DVA).
