Katherine Tavera Herrera

Katherine Tavera Herrera has worked in various roles since 2016. Katherine began their career as an Asistente Administrativo at Hardkith Soluciones Tecnológicas S.A.C. and at Clínica Veterinaria San Diego. Katherine then moved to Atlas Copco as a Practicante Pre Profesional de Marketing (AII). In the same year, they joined Perufarma S.A. as a Trade Marketing - Licores, where they were responsible for coordinating impulse and tastings, monitoring portfolio visibility, and preparing promotional activities. In 2018, they became a Coordinador de Trade Marketing at CONFITECA S.A., where they were in charge of coordinating and supervising national impulse in the wholesale channel, organizing and implementing activities for the wholesale channel, and providing support to internal and external clients. In 2020, they returned to Hardkith Soluciones Tecnológicas S.A.C. as a Responsable de administración y marketing, where they were responsible for invoicing clients, monitoring accounts receivable and payable, and coordinating and controlling purchases. In 2021, they moved to MonkeyFit as a Client Success Manager Jr. and is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at Teamcore since 2022.

Katherine Tavera Herrera has a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, which they obtained between 2012 and 2016. Katherine also studied Negocios Internacionales for a Licenciatura at the same university between 2018 and 2019. In 2017, they attended Postgrado UPC for Community Management. In 2015, they began studying Ingeniería Comercial at Universidad Andres Bello. In 2021, they completed a course in Merchandising at IPAD - Instituto Peruano de Arte y Diseño. Additionally, they obtained a First Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge in February 2011 and an International English Language Testing System from the same institution in October 2019.
