Maja MacUra

Maja Macura is a seasoned Talent Officer at Teamcubate since January 2021, with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various technology companies. Previously, Maja held leadership roles in talent acquisition at BlueTree AS and Making Blue, contributing to digital transformation and technology consulting. Maja began career as a Talent Acquisition Lead at UBConnect, overseeing a team of recruiters and managing full-cycle recruitment in the IT and telecom sectors. Previous positions also include roles as an Administrative Executive Assistant, Customer Service Representative, and Norwegian language teacher, showcasing a diverse skill set in both technical and educational environments. Maja holds a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Scandinavian Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from the University of Belgrade and continues to pursue further education at the University of Oslo.
