Responsibilities

We seek your expertise to:

  • Help our customers gain insights from the TeamForm platform. To do this, you’ll need to
    • Build a high-level understanding of our platform on a technical level
    • Understand the primary business problems we solve for our customers
  • Develop various reports and insights using SQL. This may involve:
    • data interpreting - understanding customer data and mapping to our concepts
    • data processing - i.e. writing scripts to convert customer data to our format
    • loading data into our systems
    • providing insights and answering data-related queries
    • creating dashboards, that allow customers to analyse the data themselves
  • Work closely with your peers and stakeholders, including
    • attending customer meetings and gathering requirements
    • ensuring that customer data requirements are captured and well-understood
    • ensuring that work is done within agreed timelines, and issues called out early
    • keeping your team up to date on the progress, changes and issues
    • collaborating and pairing on problems with other team members and stakeholders

Key to being Successful

You’ll likely do well with:

  • Exceptional SQL knowledge
  • Extensive experience in data reporting
  • Highly skilled in analysis, problem-solving and troubleshooting
  • Experience with:
    • Data wrangling, including spreadsheets & pivot tables
    • BI reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Redash)
    • Databases (e.g. Athena, PostgreSQL)
    • Data pipelines, data ingress/egress
    • APIs e.g. REST, GraphQL
    • Data transformation scripts
  • Experience with HR information systems, people analytics, workforce planning and reporting is highly desirable
