TeamForm is a growing company with a dynamic, collaborative culture and an exciting future. We're looking for experienced consultants to join our Customer Success Team, helping our clients adopt TeamForm - the platform that rewires organisations for better outcomes. We help create a single source of truth for cross-functional teams, enabling delivery of better outcomes for customers, business and teams.

We seek your expertise to:

• Work closely with enterprise clients to understand needs, provide advice and support to realise value from TeamForm and gather customer feedback as we constantly innovate and improve the platform.

• Guide and lead by example in a cross-functional team with other consultants, engineers and data analysts

• Lead change for our customers, guiding through adoption of TeamForm Directory, Workforce Planning, scaled agility adoption and organisational design

You'll bring:

• A proven track record of working as a Senior Consultant / Project Lead / Principal / Senior Manager in a leading Management Consultancy, Enterprise Workforce Strategy or new Ways of Working team

• Experience with scaled agile, digital transformations and cross-functional team implementation

• The ability to support a platform implementation, improve processes and to provide data driven insights to inform value realisation

• Familiarity with Lean/Agile frameworks/methodologies inc. DevOps

• Energy, drive and the ability to build strong relationships with TeamFormers and clients
