As a Product Designer, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, working alongside a supportive, friendly and diverse team of highly skilled individuals using modern design and software engineering practices and technology stacks. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our class-leading application and ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

As a Product Designer, you'll:

  • Be working in a hybrid role, with strong UX and UI design knowledge and experience specifically in the area of web-app / software product design.

  • Guide and lead by example as a multidisciplinary product designer within a cross-functional team.

  • Lead meaningful user-testing and design-thinking sessions around our products' user interface and experience.

  • Research modern design best practices and UI/UX patterns to inform decision-making.

  • Create, gather feedback and iterate on creating mockups for improving current features and exploring new features.

  • Take ownership of problem-solving and contribute to continuous collaboration within the team.

  • Support product development by applying design and technology pragmatically, including hypothesis testing.

Key to Being Successful

You'll likely excel in this role if you have:

  • A proven track record working as a UI/UX Designer in fast-paced agile teams, with deep experience in design thinking and iteration with experience working autonomously.
  • Experience solving challenging UX problems involving complex interactions and large datasets.
  • Demonstrated ability to make and implement high-impact design choices that balance technical design with business objectives.
  • Deep understanding of good design practices and principles, with experience using a variety of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
  • A history of being involved in the design/dev community through conferences, meet-ups, or open-source projects.
  • Bonus: Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/React to craft web UI with intuitive user experience and interactions.
  • Bonus: Experience with design systems and delivering high-quality, accessible, responsive front-end experiences.
