Michael R. Wood

Michael Wood is the Senior Vice President of Health, Safety, and Environment at TEAM. Michael has over fifteen years of experience in environmental health and safety management.

Wood began their career at The Dow Chemical Company in 2003 as an EHS Delivery Leader. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing health and safety programs. Michael then spent five years at Baker Hughes, where they served as the HSE Center of Expertise. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing health and safety programs for the company's global supply chain, fluids, and chemicals businesses.

In 2013, Wood joined Dresser-Rand, a Siemens business, as Chief Safety Officer and Vice President of HSE. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's safety initiatives and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Michael remained with Dresser-Rand until 2017, when they joined Siemens as Head of QM and EHS for Siemens Power and Gas. In this role, they were responsible for Quality Management and Environmental Health and Safety for the company's power and gas business. Michael remained with Siemens until 2018, when they joined TEAM as Senior Vice President of Health, Safety, and Environment.

Michael R. Wood has an MBA in Business from the University of Texas at Tyler and a BS in Chemistry from St. Bonaventure University. Michael is also certified by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP).

Michael R. Wood works with Robert J. Young - President, Asset Integrity & Digital Group, Andre C. Bouchard - EVP, Chief Legal Officer & Secretary, and Nelson M. Haight - EVP & CFO. Michael R. Wood reports to Keith D. Tucker, Interim CEO.
