Narayan Ramachandran

Narayan Ramachandran is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across several prominent organizations. Currently serving as Chairman at TeamLease Services Limited since September 2021, Narayan also holds the positions of Chairman & General Partner at Kludein LLC and Chairman at Unitus Capital, both since April 2015 and March 2010, respectively. Previously, Narayan was the Chairman of the Board at RBL Bank from March 2010 to May 2018 and served as Country Head for India at Morgan Stanley & Co from March 2007 to February 2010. Narayan holds an MBA with a focus on Finance and Information Systems from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and has an engineering background from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
