Tori Pedersen

Tori Pedersen is a coach and consultant at Tori Pedersen Coaching LLC, focusing on strengths-based leadership, team-building, and talent development since May 2024. Currently serving as the Training and Engagement Coordinator for the TeamMates Mentoring Program, Tori designs organizational engagement initiatives and provides coaching to enhance strengths and engagement among leaders and staff. Previous roles include coordinating training and mentor recruitment, where Tori established community partnerships and developed training materials. Tori has also worked as a Strengths Coach at Nebraska College of Business and held various positions at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Tori's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Leadership and ongoing studies for a Master of Organizational Leadership at Gonzaga University.
