Dan Dillon has extensive work experience in the food and hospitality industry. Dan has served as the Vice President of Marketing for Olga's Kitchen at TEAM Schostak Family Restaurants since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing, Menu & Operations Expert at D.Square Hospitality Consulting starting from January 2017. From September 2020 to November 2021, Dan Dillon held the position of Head of Customer Success at Yumpingo, where they led the global customer success and account management team. Dan also previously worked at T.G.I. Fridays, holding various roles including Vice President of Marketing & Innovation, Senior Director of Marketing & Menu Development, and Director of Menu Operations.
Dan Dillon has a BA in English from Villanova University. Additionally, they attended Walden University from 2007 to 2008, where they took MBA classes.
