Sheila Repeta is the Director of People Experience at TeamSnap. Prior to their current position, they were an adjunct faculty at Chapman University and a Senior Organizational Development Consultant at FutureSense, LLC. Sheila has extensive experience in the areas of organization and people and has led and participated in a high volume of projects within the entire employee life cycle at the strategic level in technology, healthcare, retail, and public sectors. Sheila has been recognized as one of the highest-rated professors based on teaching ability, educational adult learning theory, and facilitation approach. Sheila is a thought leader in organizational development trends and has written articles, participated in research panels and committees, and spoken on organizational development trends and areas such as talent and workforce strategies.
Sheila Repeta has a MA in Speech Communication from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a BA in Speech Communication & English from the same school. Sheila is also certified as a Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) from the Patient Experience Institute and as a Human Capital Strategist (HCS) from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
