Joe Lin

Joe Lin, MBA has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Joe is currently serving as the Director of Global Business & Technology Solutions at Teamson. Prior to this, Joe founded J. Lin Advisors Ltd., where they provided advisory services to small and medium-sized businesses and startups, addressing their strategic needs in marketing, digital marketing, business development, and technology.

Joe has also worked as a Consultant at The HEINEKEN Company, leading the development lifecycle for a distributor portal. Joe served as the Director of IT PMO at The NPD Group, coordinating IT project delivery and overseeing project budgets.

Earlier in their career, Joe held roles as the Director of Web & Digital Media at Pall Corporation, Director of IT Applications at TheLadders, and Director of Business Technology at Newsweek Inc. Joe also worked as an Applications Manager at Time Inc., where they supervised application support and development.

Before transitioning into the technology field, Joe worked as a Sales Associate at Birns Telecommunications, where they developed telecommunications strategies for small to mid-sized businesses. Joe also served as a Consultant for The UrbanMentor Project, providing technology recommendations and assisting in business plan development.

Throughout their career, Joe has demonstrated expertise in various areas, including digital marketing, project management, technology solutions, and business development. Joe'sexperience spans across industries and positions him as a versatile and knowledgeable professional.

Joe Lin, MBA attended the University of Michigan from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering. Joe later pursued further education at NYU Stern School of Business from 2006 to 2010, earning an MBA. During their MBA studies, they focused on Strategy, Leadership & Change Management, as well as Law & Business. In terms of additional certifications, Joe Lin became a Certified ScrumMaster through Scrum Alliance Inc. in 2009 and obtained the Sun Certified Programmer for the Java 2 Platform 1.4 certification from Sun Microsystems in 2002.
