Azahm Khan

Azahm Khan, CBAA, is a dedicated mental health professional with diverse experience in social work and behavior analysis. Currently serving as a Community Oriented Recovery and Empowerment (CORE) PSR Social Worker at Alliance for Positive Change and as a NYS Assistant Behavior Analyst Supervisor & Clinical Recruiter at Teamwork Healthcare, Azahm possesses a strong background in clinical case management, policy advocacy, grant writing, and psychosocial education. Prior roles include Clinical Social Work Case Manager at Vibrant Emotional Health, Behavior Therapist & BCaBA Trainee at Teamwork Healthcare, and Behavior Therapist at both Proud Moments and Achievement Behavior Services.
