Troy C. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Troy is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer at Teamwork Healthcare since February 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at Mobile Health Management Services, Inc. from August 2018 to November 2021. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all sales, marketing, accounting management, and clinical and non-clinical operations.

Before their role at Mobile Health Management Services, Inc., Troy C. served as the Director of Operations & Technology at the same company from January 2016 to August 2018. During this time, they successfully implemented various initiatives such as building a new client website portal, modernizing the network infrastructure, and leading software releases within an Electronic Health Records system.

Troy played a key role in expanding the organization by opening new international offices and rebuilding the IT infrastructure.

Troy C. began their career at Sellers Dorsey, where they worked as the Operations and Finance Manager/Project Manager from August 2004 to February 2010. During their time there, they established the internal infrastructure, systems, processes, controls, and analytics to support the growing healthcare consulting firm.

Lastly, Troy C. served as the Capitol Office Manager & Client Service Manager at State Net from September 2002 to August 2004. In this role, they managed the day-to-day operations of the Pennsylvania office and was responsible for new client development, legislative reporting, and quality control.

Troy C. attended Hershey High School from 1994 to 1998 but did not receive any formal degree or field of study at this institution. Following this, from 1998 to 2002, Troy C. attended Gettysburg College where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
