Yao Li

Yao Li is a licensed behavior analyst with extensive experience in applied behavior analysis. Since June 2022, Yao has worked as a licensed behavior analyst at ChildrenFirst and serves as a BCBA at Teamwork Healthcare since April 2022, where previous work as an ABA therapist from January 2021 to February 2022 involved implementing individualized behavioral interventions. Yao also held roles as a teaching assistant at the Fred S. Keller Early Intervention Center and Fred S. Keller School, focusing on supporting preschoolers with developmental disabilities. Yao's educational background includes a Master of Arts in developmental psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in history from Renmin University of China.
