Caroline Pangallo

Caroline Pangallo has multifaceted experience in product success and customer support at Teamworks since May 2019, holding roles such as Manager, Implementation Manager, Implementation Specialist, Customer Education Specialist, and Customer Support Associate. Prior to Teamworks, Caroline gained leadership and statistical analysis experience at Connecticut College from September 2015 to May 2019, participating as a captain of the women's varsity basketball team and serving on the game crew for various sports. Additionally, Caroline directed a summer camp at Fairfield Parks and Recreation, managing a team of 18 and overseeing 200 children. Other roles include hostess at Pronto Chop Shop and Pizzeria, finance intern at the Town of Fairfield, and basketball coach for CT Premier AAU, alongside an earlier position as a counselor at Fairfield Parks and Recreation. Caroline earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Connecticut College in 2019, following education at Fairfield Ludlowe High School.
