Cody Cejda

Cody Cejda has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Cody began their career as a Consulting Analyst at Accenture in 2007, and after two years, they moved on to Northwestern University, where they held multiple roles, including Director of Football Operations & Strategy and Coordinator of Player Development & Player Personnel. In 2021, they joined the Los Angeles Chargers as a Special Assistant to The Head Coach before transitioning to their most recent role as Director, Strategy at Teamworks in 2023. Cody also has experience in academia, having worked as a Football Student Manager & Recruiting Assistant at the University of Michigan. Cody has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of strategy and player development throughout their career.

Cody Cejda earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Corporate Strategy and Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in the years 2003 to 2007. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Managerial Analytics, Management & Strategy, and Management & Organizations from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2014 to 2017.
