Austin Riffe's work experience begins in 2016 as a Barback at Centrale Italian Parlour, where they engaged in customer experience and maintained a clean dining area. In 2017, they worked as a Server at Charlie & Jakes Bar-B-Que Beachside, where they welcomed guests and worked with a POS system for order placement. Austin also served as a Digital Sales Intern at IZEA, conducting industry research and assisting with client meetings. Additionally, they worked as a Legal Runner at Carr Allison.

In 2018, Riffe worked as a Server at Texas Roadhouse, dealing with customer feedback and inquiries, and then as an Associate Account Manager at Prism Medical Products, LLC, where they underwent extensive training in insurance verification and product knowledge. Austin also served as a Program Manager at S Phase, LLC, organizing marketing meetings, coordinating logistics, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Riffe joined UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) in 2020, first as a Customer Success Associate supporting the Rapid Response team, and then as an Operations Support Representative working on tax notice cases. In 2021, they became a Customer Success Associate at PatientPop Inc., managing a portfolio of customer cases and providing excellent customer service. Austin later became a Customer Success Manager, conducting performance reviews and product update meetings with private healthcare practices.

Most recently, Riffe joined Tebra in 2022 as a Sr. Customer Success Manager. In this role, they manage a portfolio of healthcare practices, serves as the main point of contact for clients, and implements post-launch strategies to improve customer health and encourage adoption of products and services.

Austin Riffe completed their education at several institutions. Austin started their education at Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy and received their High School Diploma in 2014. After that, they attended Tallahassee Community College from 2014 to 2016, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business. Finally, from 2016 to 2018, they enrolled at Florida State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Social Sciences. In addition to their degrees, Austin also obtained an Experiential Certificate from the FSU Career Center in May 2017.
