Ryan Mays has a diverse work experience in the customer success and account management field. Ryan started their career as an Account Manager at RE/MAX Metrolina in 2015. In 2016, Ryan worked as a Customer Success Manager at Internet Brands before transitioning to the role of Senior Customer Success Manager at Demandforce, where they were involved in training and mentoring other team members. In 2018, Ryan joined PatientPop, a Tebra company, as a Customer Success Manager and eventually took on the role of Senior Customer Success Manager, where they were involved in strategic pilot projects. Currently, Ryan is working as the Team Lead of Account Management/Customer Success at Tebra since June 2022. Overall, Ryan has gained extensive experience in customer success, leadership, and team management throughout their career.

Ryan Mays earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from Winston-Salem State University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, in January 2020, they obtained a certification in Managing Depression in the Workplace from LinkedIn.
