Ky Fullerton

Ky Fullerton has extensive work experience in various legal and corporate roles.

Starting off as a Senior Tax Specialist at KPMG in 1997, Ky then moved on to various staff positions in the United States Senate from 1992 to 1997.

After that, Ky worked as an Attorney at Miller Nash LLP from 2002 to 2007, and then as a Corporate Counsel and Treasury Manager at USNR from 2007 to 2009.

Ky then joined Umpqua Bank as a Vice President/Corporate Attorney from 2009 to 2014, and later became the Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Assistant Secretary from 2014 to 2015.

Currently, Ky serves as the Chief Legal Officer at TEC Equipment, overseeing all legal, human resources, and compliance matters for the dealership entities and affiliated leasing and real estate companies since 2015.

In addition, Ky also works as a Business Advisor at Safari Law since 2019.

Ky Fullerton earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Oregon School of Law, attending from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Government from Georgetown University, completing their studies from 1993 to 1997.
