Honorine Mpinganzima has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Honorine began their career in 2019 as a Front Desk Receptionist and Food Server at 5 Swiss hotel, where they welcomed guests, took their orders, and provided excellent customer service. Honorine then worked as a Health and Welfare Minister at Davis College, taking on responsibilities related to health and welfare. In 2021, they joined Talent Plus Ltd as a Marketing Communications Officer, where they conducted day-to-day marketing project coordination, planning, and implementation. Additionally, they created proposals and negotiated contracts. In 2020, they worked as a Fundraiser at Global GAIN, contributing to fundraising efforts. Currently, they are an Operations Coordinator at TechAffinity, where they assist management with operational issues and maintains relationships with vendors. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong communication and organizational skills.

Honorine Mpinganzima completed their high school education at College Adventiste de Gitwe in 2017, where they received a High School Diploma with a field of study in Mathematics, Chemistry, and Biology. Following that, from 2018 to 2020, they attended Akilah Institute and obtained a Diploma A1 degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. In 2020, they furthered their education at Asean Online Education AOE and earned a Diploma in Public Relations/Image Management.
