Caitlin Schubert is a seasoned program and advocacy manager currently serving as Program Innovation Manager at Tech Goes Home since February 2024, following a role as Advocacy Manager. Previously, at the Community Economic Defense Project, Caitlin excelled as Senior Program Manager, leading cross-functional teams, securing nearly $600,000 in grants, and establishing a tenant referral system that stabilized over 600 households. Caitlin's experience also includes roles as Program Manager, Project Manager, and Tenant Advocate, showcasing strong project management, crisis intervention, and advocacy skills across various organizations.
