Ronald G. Villanueva

Ronald G. Villanueva is a seasoned educator and customer service professional with extensive experience in teaching and training across various sectors. Currently serving as a CXWorks Instructor at Tech Impact since February 2019, Ronald specializes in customer experience education for adult students. Ronald's background includes roles as a rideshare driver for Lyft and Uber, providing safe transportation while sharing local knowledge with passengers. Previously, Ronald was a Cultural Training Instructor at Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada and an ESL Instructor at the College of Southern Nevada. Additional experience includes customer service at Zappos, teaching in the Clark County School District and Los Angeles Unified School District, and conducting health assessments at APS Healthcare. Ronald holds a Master's Degree in Educational Technology from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from UCLA.
