Muzaffar Mahmood

Muzaffar Mahmood has been working in the software development field since 2011. From 2011-2015, they worked as a Software Engineer at Rolustech, where they created new modules and fields in clients' SugarCRM instances, implemented business logic in SugarCRM with logic hooks, custom controllers and custom PHP classes, and did data modeling and database design. From 2015-2017, they worked as a Lead Software Engineer at TroutBird Business Solutions, where they worked on TroutBird cloud Marketplace, Inventory management and supply chain management platform development from scratch. From 2017-2019, they worked as a Lead Software Engineer at Ortoo Apps - Advanced Lead & Case Management Solutions for Salesforce, where they led development on Salesforce app Q-Assign and guided and helped junior developers to resolve their hindrances and increase their performance. Currently, they are a Technical Project Manager at Tech Implement, where they are managing multiple CRM development projects for international organizations such as the Ministry of Interior UAE and Vancity Community Investment Bank Canada. Muzaffar has also developed a hybrid app for android and iPhone in React Native, and an android app in React Native with SuiteCRM backend.

Muzaffar Mahmood obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Lahore University of Management Sciences between 2006 and 2011. In March 2019, they obtained a Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification from Salesforce.
