Susanne Baskin

Susanne Baskin has extensive work experience in managing employee benefit programs. Susanne started their career as an Office Administrator at NOVA Corporation in 1995 and later became an Employee Benefits Manager. In this role, they successfully managed the conversion of 16 newly acquired companies to NOVA's benefits portfolio and implemented various amendments to the 401(k) Plan. Susanne also served as a Human Resources Generalist, supervising a team and overseeing employee relations for a satellite location call center. In 2000, they joined MATRIX Resources as a Benefits Manager until 2022, when they became the Director, Benefits & Compensation at Motion Recruitment Partners LLC. In their current role, they oversee all employee benefit programs and is responsible for designing, planning, and implementing cost-effective programs that comply with legal requirements and meet employee needs.

Susanne Baskin attended Arcadia High School from 1987 to 1991. Susanne then pursued a B.A. in Economics from the University of San Diego, completing their studies from 1991 to 1995.
