Aarti Sharma possesses extensive experience in compliance and risk management within the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Head of Compliance at Tech Mahindra since August 2016. In this role, Aarti has excelled as a Governance Risk and Compliance Leader and Business Assurance Consultant, focusing on risk assessment of business functions and improving system control effectiveness through data analysis. Previously, Aarti held key positions at Vodafone, iOPEX Technologies, and Infosys, where responsibilities included project oversight, auditing, and revenue assurance. Aarti holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from The ICFAI University, Dehradun, completed in 2010.
