Balasubramanian S currently serves as Head of Post-Merger Integration at Tech Mahindra since December 2023. Prior to this role, Balasubramanian was the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Samunnati from October 2020 to March 2023, focusing on M&A diligence and integration, investments, corporate initiatives, and social outreach. Balasubramanian's extensive experience at Cognizant Technology Solutions from January 2004 to April 2020 includes positions as Senior Director of Corporate Development, where over 20 diligence and integration programs were led, Delivery Manager for a UK-based insurer’s offshore software development center, and Head of Business Operations. Earlier in the career, Balasubramanian worked at Infosys as a Consultant, specializing in process re-engineering, branding and marketing, and corporate planning. Balasubramanian holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
