Dhawal Parikh has a robust background in talent acquisition and recruitment management, with substantial experience in the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for APAC at Tech Mahindra, Dhawal manages talent functions for Australia and New Zealand, focusing on shared services, analytics, automation, and process consulting. Prior roles include Head of Talent Acquisition for ANZ at Korn Ferry, where Dhawal streamlined recruitment processes, as well as experience management and recruitment operations at TSA Group and Allegis Global Solutions, respectively. Dhawal holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a focus on finance and a Diploma of Human Resource Management.
