Jimmy Kuriakose

Jimmy Kuriakose is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR at Tech Mahindra since April 2022. Prior to this role, Jimmy held the position of Regional Head of Human Resources - APAC at Technicolor from November 2007 to April 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing HR functions and leading significant projects such as the establishment of a Global HR Service Center and organizational restructuring. With earlier experience as Assistant Manager HR at Hibu and Sr. Executive HR roles at Gujarat Apollo Industries Ltd. and Gateway Digital, Jimmy has developed expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and policy administration. Jimmy holds an MSW in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the School of Social Science and a Diploma in HRM from the Ahmedabad Management Association.
