Mandar Kadam

Mandar Kadam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product delivery and solution design within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as a Senior Product Delivery Manager at Flytxt since December 2021, Mandar previously held various roles at Tech Mahindra from March 2010, including Lead Solution Designer and Regional Design Lead for BT Global Services. Mandar has managed key projects such as the delivery of HPVM infrastructure for British Telecom and the development of OSS/BSS architecture. A graduate in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Mumbai, Mandar also possesses multiple AWS certifications and has completed an Executive Management Program focused on Strategic Marketing and Sales Management from the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak. Prior experiences include roles at Infosys, Tata Teleservices Ltd, Colt Technology Services, Reliance Communications, FASTECH Telecommunication (I) Pvt. Ltd, and PCS Industries Ltd, where Mandar contributed significantly to various network implementation and customer support initiatives.
