Nikhil Pais

Nikhil Pais is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client management and business development, currently serving as AVP & Global Account Executive at Tech Mahindra since January 2015. In this role, Nikhil oversees client satisfaction, service delivery, and the achievement of organizational P/L goals for large strategic business portfolios. Previously, Nikhil held positions such as Client Partner for India’s strategic accounts at Tech Mahindra, where leadership was demonstrated in managing significant global engagements. Prior to Tech Mahindra, Nikhil was a Client Relationship Manager at IBM, focusing on the BFSI sector, and held various roles at Wipro Limited, advancing from Business Development Executive to Senior Account Manager. Nikhil's educational background includes an MBA in Marketing from Welingkar Institute of Management and a B.Sc. from St. Xavier's College.
