Sunil Karkera

Sunil Karkera is an experienced professional in workforce management, currently serving as Functional Head at Tech Mahindra. Previously, Sunil held multiple leadership positions at Firstsource Solutions Limited, including Vice President, General Manager, and Deputy General Manager for workforce management. Sunil began the career at Sitel India Pvt Ltd as a Senior Executive in Operations Support within the workforce management domain. Sunil holds an Executive Program in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Financial Accounts from the University of Mumbai.
