Vinay Agrawal

Vinay Agrawal has extensive experience in human resources and corporate audit roles, currently serving as the Global Head of Business HR and Head of Regional HR for MEA and APAC at Tech Mahindra. Prior to this, Vinay held key positions at Bank of America as Vice President for Corporate Audit (IT) - APAC and Vice President for Quality & Change Delivery in Technology. Additional experience includes serving as Director of the IT Process Consulting Practice and Manager of Software Quality Assurance at Dell Services, as well as roles in corporate planning at Godfrey Phillips India Ltd. and manufacturing at Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited. Vinay holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and completed an Executive Development Program in Strategic Human Resources at XLRI Jamshedpur.
