Kethmini K. started their work experience in 2020 as an Intern in Compliance and Sustainability at MAS Holdings. Kethmini then moved on to Ansell in 2021, where they worked as a Human Resources Intern until 2022. Currently, they are employed at Tech One Global Ltd as a Junior Executive in the People and Culture department.

Kethmini K. began their education at Wayamba University of Sri Lanka in 2017 and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management in 2021.
