Sudish Shrestha began their work experience in 2007 as a Document Controller at Namaste Nepal Manpower Pvt. Ltd. sudish then worked as a Marketing Officer at Namaste Dental Suppliers from January to May 2009. In the same year, they also completed an internship at NIC ASIA BANK from May to October 2009. From 2009 to 2014, Sudish served as a Marketing/Finance Officer at Arya Surgical Pvt. Ltd. Following this, they worked as an Operation Officer at GWC | Official from February 2014 to May 2016. Currently, they are the Head Of Operations BPO at Tech One Global Ltd since June 2016.

Sudish Shrestha attended Kathmandu Valley School, where they obtained their SLC degree. sudish then went on to study at Prime College, where they completed their Intermediate level in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Finally, Sudish pursued a Bachelor's degree in the same field at Peoples College.
