M. Shafni Hazeem has a diverse work background. M. Shafni started their career with Tech One Global Ltd in 2011, where they held the role of Sales Specialist (Microsoft Large Account Reseller - LAR) and Sales Specialist Corporate (Microsoft Volume Licensing). In these positions, they analyzed and provided Microsoft Volume Licensing solutions for both large organizations and small and medium organizations. M. Shafni promoted various Volume Licensing agreements and subscriptions to enterprise customers.
In 2011, they also joined Sanje as an Executive Business Development, focused on driving sales and adoption of Microsoft Technologies. M. Shafni consulted and educated enterprise customers on Microsoft Volume Licensing options, as well as Office 365 and other cloud solutions. M. Shafni performed business development activities under the License Service Provider (LSP) model, promoting new Microsoft technologies and document management solutions. M. Shafni'srole also involved solution selling and operations mapping to promote Enadoc.
Prior to these roles, they worked at Dialog Axiata PLC as a Contact Centre Associate from 2006 to 2010. In this position, they assisted customers with product inquiries and activation of Value Added Service (VAS). M. Shafni also promoted complimentary VAS and resolved and escalated issues and complaints.
In 2008, they briefly worked as a Junior Marketing Executive at 3WGE - 3W Global Education (Pvt) Ltd.

M. Shafni Hazeem's education history begins with their time at Lyceum International School from 1993 to 2005, where they completed their High School education with a focus on science. M. Shafni then pursued further studies in the field of Marketing at the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing. From 2007 to 2011, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing (PGDipMkt) from the institute. In 2012, they further enhanced their marketing skills by earning the Certified Professional Marketer (CPM) Asia qualification from the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing.
