Simon Reim

Simon Reim is a Junior Agile Coach at tech11 GmbH since September 2022, focusing on supporting frontend and operations teams as well as leading various cross-functional short-term projects. Prior to this role, Simon worked as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master for platform teams, specializing in agile project management. Simon's experience also includes a position as a Junior Recruiting Specialist at ISO-Gruppe, and an administrator role at BVLG GmbH. Earlier career stages consisted of recruiting work at wedo-recruiting and a sales position at IKEA. Simon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt, completed in September 2023.
