Filipe Carapeto

Filipe Carapeto is a software engineer with experience in various companies and roles over the past 7 years. Filipe worked as a Junior IT Consultant at CTT - Correios de Portugal from 2015 to 2017 using Java, Struts Framework 2, Spring Framework, Hibernate and ElasticSearch. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Java Developer at Celfocus. Filipe then worked as a Software Engineer at Feedzai from January to September 2018. From 2018 to 2021, they worked for Alpega TMS as a Software Engineer and Software Engineer Team Lead, respectively. In the beginning of 2022, they worked at Demodesk as a Software Engineer before joining TECH5 later in the year.

Filipe Carapeto obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Instituto Superior Técnico between 2009 and 2015. In 2012, they studied Computer Science at KTH Royal Institute of Technology. In addition, they obtained a Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) with a Proficiency Level from the British Council in October 2014. Filipe also earned a Basic Life Support course certification from the Cruz Vermelha Portuguesa - Delegação de Lisboa in April 2011.
