Tina Youngblood

Tina Youngblood has had a successful career in the corporate world. Tina began their career in 1992 as an Associate Professor and Assistant Professor of Accounting at Miami University. In 1999, they joined PwC as the Chief of Staff, Global Partner Affairs Leader. In 2002, they were recruited by Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. as the Chief of Staff, Global Chief Administrative Officer. Tina then joined Zurich North America in 2005 as the President, Programs & Direct Markets, Executive Vice President, Head of Direct Markets, and Executive Vice President, Head of Construction Services Programs, as well as Chief Administrative Officer. In 2013, they were appointed CEO/COO of Cunningham Lindsey - US. In 2018, they became the CEO of Pathfinder Health Innovations, Inc. In 2020, they joined CentralReach as the Sr. Director, CR Essentials. Most recently, in 2021, they joined TechAccel LLC (Technology Acceleration Partners) as the Chief Enterprise Officer and Chief Finance and Administrative Officer.

Tina Youngblood attended Tennessee Technological University from 1983 to 1987, earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Tina then pursued a Master of Business Administration at the same university in 1987-1988. In 1988, they began a Doctor of Philosophy in Accounting at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, which they completed in 1993. In 1999, they became a Certified Public Accountant.
