Doug Tedder

Doug Tedder is the Principal at Tedder Consulting LLC, where services focus on helping businesses maximize the value of their IT organizations since July 2013. Tedder has contributed as an author for multiple platforms including ITSM.tools and HDI, where involvement also includes serving as a Faculty Member certified to teach various support center courses. Previous roles include serving as a Director of Strategic Development for itSMF USA and Director of Management Systems for The priSM Institute. Tedder's experience encompasses significant consulting roles, including a Business Process Consultant at Linium, and leadership positions within itSMF USA, where Tedder acted as President. Educational background includes an AAS in Data Processing from Lexington Technical Institute at the University of Kentucky.
