Lamar Nickens is a skilled Broadcast Operations Analyst at SiriusXM, managing technical operations and quality of service in the broadcast operations center since February 2020. In addition, Lamar serves as the A1 Lead Audio Technician for PSAV, providing audio support for corporate and private events with high-profile clients such as Disney and Google. As a Freelance Audio Engineer with TechCon LLC, Lamar delivers live sound engineering for various events. Previously, Lamar worked as a Broadcast Recording Technician at NPR for over six years, contributing to live shows and pre-production elements. Lamar holds a certification as a Recording Engineer from Omega Studios' School of Applied Recording Arts & Sciences, with expertise in recording studio techniques, live sound production, and advanced audio engineering.
