Amber Stein

Amber Stein has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Amber started their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at OSF Saint Francis, Inc. in 1996. Amber then moved on to work as a Human Resources Manager at Berlin Packaging from 1999 to 2004. At Berlin Packaging, they played a key role in strategic HR initiatives and employee benefit programs. In 2005, they became the Chief People Officer at Darkstrand, Inc., where they managed all aspects of the company's HR function. After leaving Darkstrand in 2011, they joined Pontoon Solutions as a Program Consultant, where they were responsible for managing recruitment and selection for a large financial services client. In 2013, they became the Director of Operations at TECHEAD, leading a recruitment and account management team. Amber joined Board Member Connect in 2015 as a Consultant, where they sourced and attracted professionals for nonprofit board positions. Later, in 2019, they became a Managing Partner at EVOLVED, focusing on attracting elite consultants in the ServiceNow market.

Amber Stein attended Illinois State University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Management with a focus on HR Sequence. In 2000, they enrolled in the PHR Certification Program at DePaul University to further enhance their knowledge in the field, but it is unclear if they completed a degree there.
