Dina Segal

Dina Segal serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Head of Strategic Transactions and Emerging Products, Legal at Gusto since April 2022. In addition, Dina holds the position of Board Member and Co-President at SunLaw Group, a non-profit dedicated to empowering women in house counsel. As a Charter Member of TechGC since July 2023, Dina has previously held significant roles including Assistant General Counsel at Intuit, where legal partnerships spanned product, engineering, and marketing teams, and Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel at Renovate America, providing legal counsel in the fintech sector. Early career experience includes positions at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP and Winston & Strawn LLP, focusing on M&A transactions, taxation, and antitrust matters, as well as internships with the Washington Supreme Court and the U.S. Department of Justice. Dina Segal earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law and a BA in Economics from UC San Diego.
