Karla Jarvis

Karla Jarvis is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at Adela, Inc. since May 2021, Karla also holds membership as a Charter Member of TechGC, a peer community for General Counsel, since March 2022. Previous positions include Acting General Counsel at Jones & Vining and legal counsel roles at 5AM Ventures, Ensoma, and Vor Biopharma. Prior extensive experience includes serving as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at The Rockport Company and as Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at Clarks from 2005 to 2014. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Clark University, a Master of Public Health from Boston University, and a Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston, complemented by a foundational education at Boston Latin School.
