Michael J. Molina serves as the VP, Legal - Deputy General Counsel at Flock Safety, providing corporate counsel to the C-Suite of a public safety SaaS start-up focused on ethically-designed crime-solving technology. With a strong background in both corporate and litigation roles, Michael has expertise in data security, privacy, and large-scale transactions across the United States, and also collaborates with sales to enhance risk management processes. Prior experience includes serving as an Attorney at Belluck & Fox, LLP, representing clients in toxic tort litigation, and as an Assistant District Attorney at the Kings County District Attorney's Office, handling jury and bench trials. Michael's education includes a Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in History and Government and Politics from St. John's University. Additionally, Michael is a Charter Member of TechGC, an exclusive community for General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel.
