Nathan Garnett serves as the General Counsel & Secretary and Head of Corporate Development at OfferUp since October 2017, leading both Legal and Corporate & Business Development functions. Additionally, Nathan holds an Executive Board Member position at TechGC and is a Steering Committee Member and President of the Board of Directors at the Marketplace Industry Association. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Avalara, Inc., and General Counsel & Secretary at Blucora, Inc., among other legal positions spanning over two decades. Nathan's educational background includes a JD from the University of Washington School of Law and a BA in History from the University of Washington.
