Jason Massello

Jason Massello is a Senior Corporate Counsel and Head of ERM and Strategic Regulatory Programs at Audible, Inc., an Amazon company, since March 2014. In this role, Jason serves as in-house legal counsel, focusing on product and technology counsel for spoken word audio information and entertainment experiences. Additionally, Jason is a DeputyGC Member at TechGC, fostering a peer community for Deputy General Counsels. Prior experience includes an associate position at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, where Jason specialized in mergers, acquisitions, and financial transactions, along with product management roles at Springer and Blackwell. Jason earned a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A. in Philosophy from Colgate University.
