Rajesh Prabhu

Rajesh Prabhu has over 18 years of work experience in Human Resources. Rajesh began their career in 2003 as a Technical Recruiter at Accenture in India. Rajesh then moved to HSBC in 2005 as a Human Resources Manager. In 2010, they were promoted to Senior Recruitment Manager at Bank of America. In 2015, they joined O2 as Head of Talent Acquisition. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Vice President of Human Resources at TechGrit Inc.

Rajesh Prabhu has a diverse educational background. Rajesh completed an Advanced Program in Human Resource Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow from 2013 to 2014. Rajesh also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations at St Joseph's Institute of Management, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General.
