Israa Eltantawy

Israa Eltantawy is an accomplished Digital Marketing Strategist and Director at IT Genesis since December 2023, and serves as a Technical Recruiter for Remotebase and TechieMatter since January 2023 and January 2021, respectively. In these roles, Israa has developed a strong expertise in designing job descriptions, conducting candidate screenings, and tailoring innovative sourcing strategies to meet organizational needs. Additionally, Israa is the Founder of TalentExcavators since December 2020 and has held various recruiting positions, including Senior Technical Recruiter at TEK-IT for Employment Solutions, Associate Technical Recruiter at Turing.com, and Human Resources Recruiter at HRG.
