Fijo Francis is a Business Analyst II at techjays with experience in product management, client management, documentation, and project scope development. Prior to this, Fijo worked as a Business Analyst at TILTLABS and as an Associate Business Consultant at Muziris Softech (P) Ltd. Fijo holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR from Naipunya and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from karunya university. Fijo completed their secondary education at st.aloysius higher secondary school.
